Hi, I’m the owner of Mobile Pack & Ship here in Jacksonville.
I’ve been selling items online since the early 2000s – on eBay, marketplace and various websites I started.
Over the years I’ve sold everything from electronics and collectibles to furniture, shoes, artwork, and delicate vintage pieces.
The one part of selling that always drove me crazy? Packing and shipping!
II hated dragging heavy or fragile items to the post office or a pack-and-ship store. I hated waiting in long lines, second-guessing whether I packed something well enough, and worrying if I was being overcharged for postage or materials, or even FINDING the right size boxes! Most of all, I hated the stress of wondering whether an expensive or delicate item would arrive safely.
Because I sold so many high-value and fragile items, I had no choice but to get really good at packing. I learned the best techniques for protecting items such as electronics, and oddly shaped pieces. I figured out how to double-box properly, use the right amount of cushioning, and get the best shipping rates.
After years of doing this for myself, something clicked: I wasn’t the only one who hated this process.
II started noticing how many people — eBay sellers, small business owners, families shipping gifts, seniors, and busy professionals — struggled with the same frustrations. They either avoided selling online altogether or risked damaging their items because they didn’t pack them confidently.
That’s when the idea for Mobile Pack & Ship was born.
I realized there was a real need for a better way — a service that brings professional packing directly to people’s homes or businesses. No more loading up the car. No more long lines. No more guessing about proper packing or overpaying for materials.

Now, instead of just packing my own items, I get to help others ship their valuable and fragile belongings with the same care I would use for my own. I bring all the supplies, pack everything on-site with professional techniques, print the label, and drop it off the same day.
